All fat free products are not low calorie products. The best example is soda drink. So check the nutritional value at the cover before buying.
  • Keep record: Documenting what you eat will definitely help your dietician to correct any diet deviations. Better to measure your arm, thigh, chest, waist, hip in inches and compare that to the measurement which you take after a month.
